Moms learn at Camp Pocono Trails firsthand

Weight Loss Camp for Moms

Many of our moms have commented that they wish they could come to Camp Pocono Trails and now they can! Camp Pocono Trails Mom’s Camp allows the mothers of our campers to experience firsthand what life is like at Camp Pocono Trails. This program has been tremendously successful since it was introduced in the summer of 2012.

Our moms lose weight on the same food program as our campers, attend all kinds of activities including nutrition classes, personal training sessions, Zumba, water aerobics, boot camp, tennis and all the other great activities that we offer our campers. One of the big advantages of this program is that moms are taught first hand how to prepare for their children when they come home from camp. Moms will be housed in air conditioned cabins separate from the campers. We are very excited to be able to offer our moms the opportunity to get into the best physical and mental shape of their lives!

Enrollment is limited and this program will be offered on a first come first serve basis.
